Disclaimer: Prior to your appointment, your stylist will send a text to confirm. If we do not hear a response via text within 24 hours we reserve the right to forfeit your appointment. No children, pets, service animals, or extra guests permitted without confirming with your stylist first.
SALON RETURN, REFUND, AND SERVICES POLICY
Our Service Guarantee – We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Blondies Beauty Salon. It’s part of our guidelines that our professionals always do a consultation and analyze the hair before performing any service. In the event that you are not satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed via email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Refunds – All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to do an assessment of your dissatisfaction with the service.
Your dissatisfaction can not be something such as changing your mind after the service has been performed. It cannot be caused by something you have done, that the professional had recommended you NOT to do. (ex: apply box color, swim in the pool or ocean after color or lightener). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past the initial service date.
